Lack of air. Airport hotel with all you can expect from it. Whole two upper floors of Terminal 3 gates B and C is covered by this hotel. You can use both facilities. Entrance lifts at B15 and C15. Spa at gates B, lounge restaurant at C. Food is good but you formally will have to pay for alcohol, better buy it at duty free. Swimming pool is OK and heated. Steam room and tiny jacuzy is operational, sauna out of order. Rooms are good sized but tiny windows and airport air is pumped by AC. OK if you are tired and only need a bed.
This hotel is all about convenience. Its location inside security in Terminal 3 helps justify the high cost. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and the experience has been consistently good. The walk from your hotel door to the closest gates in the terminal is less than 10 minutes. Having the option to book a room in different time windows (1–3 hours, 4–6 hours, etc.) is a nice feature. Be sure to book directly with the official Hotel DXB website to ensure you get the lowest rate.
We stayed here during a layover at the Dubai Airport and it was fantastic! We were met off the plane by a representative from the hotel who took us to our room from the gate. Check in was easy and the room was awesome! It was incredibly clean, had a super comfy bed, and lots of space. It even had a massage chair!

I had to wait a few hours at the airport and took the opportunity to go to the spa and get a massage at this hotel, located inside the airport. An exceptional service for someone waiting for a flight or returning home. The massage took me back to another planet for 45 minutes (or rather, I was in Dubai 😅🤣, where I was already feeling great). The girl is a professional, she massaged every area of my body with high-level professionalism and expertise. You could see that her knowledge of nerve endings was so good that she was able to relax the most tense areas, and I was very tense, tired, and nervous. . I felt reborn. Thank you 💘
Very good Hotel for a layover. We had a six hour layover and arrive 1 am in Dubai and decided to book this Hotel.You can choose to book from 3 hours upwards.It's very nice , rooms are huge and stocked with everything you need , I mean everything. Children had a good rest and it's worth it.If you on your way to Makkah to perform Umrah this is a good choice to freshen up and adorn Ighram. Staff were great and helpful. Will recommend to do this rather then sitting around at the airport for 6 hours.
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel! This is my second time staying here. I was given a voucher by Emirates for a long layover. I PAID to stay at the executive suite. Everything from the very comfortable bed, to superb customer service to the unlimited delicious free food in the lounge was worth every dollar.
The massage chair in the room was a perfect touch for tired travelers. The bathroom with the soaking tub also. They provided plush bathrobes and slippers along with an espresso machine for the caffeine fix! I absolutely loved my stay and will book again in the future.

We were transiting through my favorite Dubai Airport and had to wait about eight hours. ALHAMDULILLAH 💗we were able to rest in this wonderful room. There's a coffee machine, water, tea, coffee, and everything you need to relax. I really loved everything. I'll definitely try to visit you again next time. Due to a flight cancellation caused by weather conditions, I stayed at this hotel for 24 hours. The room facilities were adequate for an unplanned stay, and despite the hotel being located at the airport, the rooms were very quiet.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that DXB Hotel offers shower facilities for only AED 60. The shower room was well-equipped—not only with toiletries, but also with toothbrushes, shower caps, and soap already provided. The space was larger than expected, enough to open a carry-on suitcase, and the water pressure and temperature were excellent. It’s a great option if you just want to freshen up during a layover. The only minor drawback is that there’s no hairdryer in the shower room—you need to ask the staff to open the spa area to use one. On the bright side, you can also take a short rest and have some water there. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Baby was an outstanding server who made my dining experience truly enjoyable. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and carried herself with genuine kindness. She was professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of our meal was taken care of without us even needing to ask. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she checked in just the right amount to ensure we were comfortable without feeling rushed. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such a personable approach. Baby service definitely elevated the evening, and I’d gladly return again!

I visited the Dubai International AirPort hotel recently and stayed in the executive suite with my family with my baby son and daughter. The Lounge/restaurant was really good! The food was varied and really tasty and presentation was lovely.|Baby served us and she was attentive in advice for menu options and in serving us. Special thanks to the staff including Baby and the chef!
I highly recommend staying at Dubai airport hotels at A and B gates. The staff were very friendly and the room was perfect for my stay.
They have good accommodation conditions and excellent service. Their food is delicious and organic (juice is from real fruit)

Kids could rest in the room, you could go in and out of the terminal stores and restaurant to buy things and go back to your room. Clean and great size rooms.

Superb hotel. My family with young kids stayed here for a 20h stopover at Dubai Airport and had a thoroughly comfortable stay.

We booked the family room which had two adjoining rooms/suites. Rooms were absolutely spotless, spacious, modern, and had generous amenities - everything from slippers and robes to shoe horns to dental kits to massage chairs to several bottles of complimentary water to blockout curtains to air cons you could adjust for different parts of the combined suite. There was no directly onsite hotel restaurant where we stayed (they had one 7mins walk away which we were too tired to trek to) but the 24/7 room service menu was extensive (I wish I could have stayed longer to sample more of it!) and the food was pretty tasty, unlike some other hotels I’ve stayed at.
Every staff member we encountered was unfailingly polite, professional, helpful, efficient and unintrusive - it seems like staff training here is top notch.
The location was also very close to a small children’s playground and several shops, including a Lego store and candy store, within the airport, so for a 20h layover it was perfect - our 4yo and 1yo never got bored.
I also loved the fact that the booking check in/out times are aligned with your actual flight landing/departure times, so we knew we had the hotel room for the entire duration of our stopover.
While it is not a cheap, we have zero regrets about having the longer stopover and staying here for some much needed sleep. Now that we’ve experienced it I can’t imagine staying anywhere else for future long haul travel via Dubai, and I highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at this hotel as a short layover between Emirates flights to New Zealand from Venice. The rooms are lovely, large and clean. The service however is exceptional. A very professional and knowledgeable young man met us off the flight and escorted us to the hotel. He helped us check in, carried our carryon luggage and took us to the door of our room. We were very tired and my mother is elderly, so it was absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Excellent!
