Very disappointing staycation. They call this a 4-star hotel, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 0 stars. Room service was poor, breakfast was badly managed with food not being topped up while many guests were left waiting, and the staff didn’t seem to care. The pool was extremely small — even 5–10 people can’t accommodate comfortably. On top of that, none of the staff were welcoming or even had a smile. Definitely not worth it and not recommended.

I stay here for 1 month, all staff members are very helpful , cleaning staff and reception both very polite and helpful, location is also very good just next to metro station.
Only issue hotel swimming pool under repair which was not yet fixed until I checked out , however they provide backup option 100 meter on walking distance but while booking it was not mention online.

I recently Stayed at Ramada and dined at Tej Restaurant and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The food was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented, with each dish nicely balanced in spices and aroma. The ambience is calm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to sit, relax, and enjoy a meal.
The service was another highlight of the visit. The team was attentive without being intrusive, checked on the table regularly, and ensured that everything arrived on time and at the right temperature. Special thanks to Miss. Sushmita.T for warm hospitality and professional attitude, which made the visit feel genuinely personal and memorable.
Overall, Tej Restaurant is a great choice if you are looking for tasty food, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly service. I would happily recommend it to friends and family and look forward to visiting again.

The room and service were good, and the staff were helpful. I had a comfortable stay. However, the parking area was very disappointing and not clean. I hope the management will improve the cleanliness of the parking area.

Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience.

We were slightly late checking out and requested the hotel to kindly check out the room on our behalf, as we urgently had to leave for the airport due to the war situation. Unfortunately, what happened next was unacceptable.

When I later collected my belongings, some items were missing.

A pair of pants that I had washed the day before had been placed in a bag together with my brand-new clothes (still with tags), and when I received my luggage, my new clothes were completely wet and stinking.

To make matters worse, food items that were stored in the fridge were removed, thrown into a bag, and left outside for 8–9 hours. As a result, everything was spoiled and I had to throw it away.

This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is very upsetting, especially during an already stressful situation. I expected much better handling of guests’ belongings.

We recently stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Dubai Deira with a group of 120 pax, and the overall experience was excellent.

The front office team did a great job, especially by providing the room keys before the standard check-in time, which made the entire process very smooth and well-managed for such a large group.
Everything went perfectly, and all the credit goes to Kareena and Afreen for their outstanding support and coordination.

Their professionalism and dedication truly made our stay comfortable and hassle-free.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, my experience was quite uncomfortable. During my stay, I was approached multiple times within the hotel premises, including in the spa area, with offers for “extra services” that were clearly inappropriate and completely unrelated to standard hospitality service.

This created an unsafe and highly unprofessional environment, which is not what one expects from a hotel—especially if you are traveling with family. I am sharing this feedback purely to inform and caution other guests so they can make an informed decision before booking.

I strongly recommend that the hotel management take immediate and strict action to control such practices and ensure guest safety and trust. I would not recommend booking this hotel if you wish to avoid such experiences.

Service I asked for was empty plates it took 20 min to get it to my room
Breakfast we Indians come here to Ramada hoping we can get get good breakfast. Wat they serve daily was upma pethetic puri sabji some times aloo or choley pethitic
Fruits tho we can definately get good wen ever we travel abroad but wat we get here is watermelon badd cut oranges n musk melon nothing other then that we get here
So guys plz be care full before booking Ramada plaza here nothing is good

The only good thing about this hotel is location.

Rooms: outside all rooms have digital housekeeping touchscreen board display for services but inside room is standard room with king size is ok, mini fridge was there, iron is included and locker, bathroom is small. When you pay 100-130$ range in Dubai, you should get more bang for your buck. Shampoo and conditioner is not what the bottle claiming so beware or better to bring your own.

I stayed all over the world from small to big hotels and don’t usually write reviews, I felt there’s some sort of stingy ness for towels or for a small bowl to inhale steam I requested for my allergies 🤧 and they don’t give you small towels just two big ones.

Service: Ok but nothing special all dull faces from check-in to room service like we are in some sort of bot world. They won’t check how the guests are doing like other hotels or care about anything except you $$$. I need to make few calls for kettle not working, USBs not available in rooms so had to ask them to help me plug my universal adapter in weird looking sockets.(old)

BIG-NO: Don’t stay here at Christmas evening loud music until 3:30 am that I can hear in the room esp when you’ve early morning flight.

I asked them for a wake-up call but nope they simply forget to ring you up, I am glad the alarms in phone works

I would highly recommend to get another place or the street across crown plaza where I stayed earlier before coming to this dull place.

My experience at Ramada Plaza was amazing. The hotel staff, room service, house keeping everything is up to the mark. Sukumar attended us very well and he was thoroughly professional and great with his work. Overall the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an event near your hotel last Saturday, and since I have a 20-month-old baby, I decided to book a room for our convenience. We arrived at around 7:50 AM. My event started at 8:00 AM, so my friend and baby waited in the lobby for about four hours since the check-in time was after 12 PM. Thankfully, they were given a room around 11 AM.

However, the room assigned was a smoking room (I originally booked a non-smoking room), and the smell was quite strong. My friend and my baby were uncomfortable, so my friend requested a room move around 6 PM. We were only able to transfer at around 7:30 PM when I came back to the hotel and reminded the reception about the room change—it seemed they had forgotten about it. The new room on the fifth floor was much more comfortable.

Another concern was when we requested additional water at around 10:30 PM (just 2 bottles!), along with extra coffee amenities. We received only the coffee amenities. When we asked the housekeeping staff about the water, we were told that only two bottles are allowed due to inventory, and that any additional water would be charged. I found this surprising, as water is a basic necessity. In all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a practice. Since it was already late and my baby needed water, my friend had to go out in the middle of the night to find a store in an unfamiliar area.

I hope that in the future, the hotel can be more considerate and flexible with simple requests, especially when it comes to basic needs like drinking water. Even small acts of care can greatly improve a guest’s overall experience.

We checked out the next day early in the morning!

Had a very good experience here. Rooms were good. Service is great. It has it's own clubs so never had to search for nightlife places. Front desk was really helpful during check in and check out. Receptionist Karina was very helful and humble during the process

The hotel is very good. The room is nice and clean. The staff provides good service. However, the spa here is not good at all. The masseuses are rude. The service staff are relaxing, but they only ask about service. When we don't provide service, they speak rudely and curse at me with vulgar words, saying that if we have no money, why do we come for a massage? I come for a massage because my body aches and pains. I don't only want to provide service. If you want a massage, go to a specialized massage clinic because the masseuses here don't have a salary to give free massages. If you want a massage, you have to do a 500 baht service fee. But I am very disappointed. I want a hot oil massage. The masseuse spoke like this. I am very disappointed. If I want service, why should I come for a massage? And why did I choose Thai people? I am very disappointed because I paid 225 baht for a massage. My friends also paid. But I didn't think I would encounter such terrible service. They look down on my country, which is Indian. I came 4 months ago. I met a good masseuse, an old one with a tattoo on his arm, and a fat, good masseuse. She is Thai and she provides very good service.

The hotel was very good, the staff provided excellent service. I encountered a bad massage therapist, and my friend also had a bad experience with a massage therapist. Anyone who is coming to use the spa service here, please don't come. I paid 180, 250, and 180, but the service was terrible. The staff here walked out of the massage room without clothes, only wearing a towel. It's a shame that the spa is not good because of the disgusting behavior of the massage therapists who were unwilling to massage us, making disgruntled faces and speaking unkindly. We all paid for the massage, we didn't come for free service, but we felt like we were begging for a free massage. I asked the name of the massage therapist and she said her name was Asma. Not only that, she only wore a towel out. And I had my child playing in the swimming pool too. It was a very hateful experience😐🤔

We just complete a week's stay for a business purpose. As a business traveler the room perfect for attending meetings . Family friendly hotel with quiet decent room. Want to give special appreciation to ms. Divya ,shefali, mr. imran from reception . Gave very professional welcome and service during our stay .hk all staff hard working and bell desk also great. We were staying at the Ramada Plaza Deira for five nights. Upon arrival, we learned that we were upgraded to a larger family room free of charge. The room was OK. It had a blower hairdryer, a refrigerator, a flattening iron with a board, a kettle and a safekeeping box. However, one of the sofa feet was woobly and may easily have broken. When we reported it, someone came to take a look at it, but nobody has fixed it. When we checked out, they had forgotten about our room change and did not find us under our room number. The location near the metro station is very good, and despite being close to the airport and the main street below, the room was quiet. Choice of foods for breakfast was somewhat limited. However, it is a shame for a **** hotel to have their guests use plastic cutlery because they are running out of metal knives and forks every day. This is why we only give it a *** rating.

I regret booking this hotel. This is not the experience I expected from this property. The receptionist — I think his name was Imran — was polite and helpful, and the room was good. The rest of the staff was also quite nice, and even the day manager was good. But the night manager’s behaviour was extremely disappointing. He acted as if we were staying there for free and even insulted our guest.

My partner was unwell, and a guest came briefly late at night to drop off some medicine. Even after showing proper identification, the night manager behaved very rudely. He came to our room with security and other staff members, treated us like criminals, tried to intimidate us, and kept staring in a very uncomfortable way, making the situation even worse.

We were planning to book another stay at this property, but after this experience we decided not to. Instead, we booked somewhere else. The night manager completely ruined our stay, and we would never choose this hotel again.

Over all a good experience. Rooms were decent. Room service was good. Had a small issue but it was resolved quickly. Close to metro station. Cabs are easily available. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast we good but need to improve little on veg items. Need couple of more options and items.

Just 1 thing which I did not like was that at sharp 12 check out time the doors gets locked and washroom lights are automatically turned off. Which sound rude...

Dear Ramada

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience at Ramada, Dubai. Despite being a regular guest of Ramada properties worldwide, I was shocked by the behaviour of the staff at this location.Ashok sing Manager,Divya and Kareena are pathetic employees .

During my recent visit, the employees at the Ramada, Deira branch were extremely rude and unprofessional. They not only spoke to us disrespectfully but even went so far as to ask us to either check in late or cancel our booking. Such behaviour towards guests, especially regular Indian customers like us, is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.

To make matters worse, the staff were shouting and using abusive language in front of other guests. This experience was humiliating and highly uncharacteristic of the Ramada brand’s reputation for hospitality.

I sincerely request you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the concerned staff members. Incidents like this severely damage the trust and goodwill Ramada has built over the years.

Thank you for your attention. I hope to receive a prompt response and assurance that such an incident will not happen again.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Plaza hotel located on Abu Baker Al Siqque Road in Deira, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. I had requested a room with nice decorations, and Ms. Neha at the reception went above and beyond to fulfill my request. She arranged an amazing decoration in the room with balloons, roses , beautiful flower bouquet and a delicious cake, which truly made our stay special and memorable for my family.

Ms. Neha's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. She not only provided us with beautiful arrangements but also supported us in finding great services at affordable prices.

We had a wonderful experience at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Deira Dubai. Check-in and check-out were handled by Ms. Neha, who was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. She really made us feel welcome. Great Service.

The room was large, modern, and very clean. We even received a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza for one week in April 2024! In our family of 5 persons, me and my wife use Jain Food. In whole hotel, we two only have Jain food requirement, and they very well prepared Jain Breakfast every day for 7 days for us. Breakfast was like lunch. Realy warm hospitality truly made our experience extra special. Rooms were nice and location is good.Thank you the entire team at Ramada Plaza for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
