We cannot really fault the hotel. The location is perfect for us to walk to the Irish Village for the tennis and also to the Al Garhoud metro station.

I would like to comment on the excellent quality of the housekeeping staff and their service. Every time we requested support they were very kind and professional in providing it. Specifically I want to highlight the help of Irosha as she was really good in leaving our room clean and ordered. Towels, water, coffee supplies, flexibility in her hours around our coming and going. Got a free room as part of my layover. Very efficient service. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. You need your boarding pass for breakfast/ lunch. Food was ok, a very nice surprise was soda for breakfast. I recieved a room on the 4th floor which overlooked a new development. I think it was great for a short visit, I also think considering most people here are just in for a few hours and usually for free the service from staff was exceptional from the cleaners at breakfast to reception.Well done to management to keeping staff motivated and facilities in a good state. I think this is a differentiating factor and you should really consider this to have a stop over/ shower or a quick rest.

My family and i had a great stay here, they bumped us up to a grand suite and we appreciated that. There were renovations going on in the hotel but didn’t really hear any noise in our room. My only qualm is that the sink in our room took a while to drain so that might be something to look into

My flight has been cancelled and Emirates provided me the stopover hotel in Dubai Millennium Airport Hotel. It is a fantastic hotel within a great location close to Al Garhoud metro station and near to the Dubai International Airport. This is a 4* hotel but I feel like more than 5* services. Hotel reception staff are excellent and welcoming us smoothly without any problems. I used their city tour facilities with their beautiful service. Above all the Hotel in-house restaurant is fabulous, wide range of food selection including breakfast, lunch, dinner. All Staff are so polite, working hard, no complain at all. One staff Mr Naveen showed me an outstanding service on my dinner table. Appreciate his honest gestures to all customers like me. I am really impressed all about them and their outstanding services. Staying in this hotel was a pleasant experience. The only off thing for me was the no assistance with the luggage after it was offloaded from the car when we arrived. My sister and I could handle the three luggages, however, it would have been nice if help was offered. That was a tiny thing though as Axel from the front desk was very helpful upon checkin. He made sure to ask how I was and was very attentive and informative about the hotel and what it can offer from the food/restaurants and the other amenities. He was also nice enough to give us a free upgrade from deluxe standard room to a superior room as I believe he saw how tired I was. Afterwards, the calls we made through the reception once we were settled in were also a good experience as the people we spoke with were nice and helpful.
Overall a very very good experience! It was super near the DXB Airport as well so that is one of the things you can consider if you plan on staying overnight before your flight.

We always love staying here in this hotel. This time around, we decided to check-in to celebrate our 13th anniversary with our kids. The whole team, especially Abdulla from the Reception Team, was very kind enough to accommodate my last minute request for a simple anniversary setup at the room.
