The complimentary shuttle from Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport was a big advantage and saved time. Room service was prompt, and the food quality was good enough for a short stay. All staff were fabulous! Very professional and so helpful. Loved staying here. Our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to rest over night. Jean was so helpful at breakfast. Sara at front desk was accommodating and helpful. Nirmal the Lifeguard was sooo nice and helpful. We loved our visit!

Although it is a bit far from the city center, the Red Line metro provides easy connectivity from the terminal to major tourist attractions in the city.

I loved this hotel, very confortable and quite, perfectly clean, and close to the airport with very useful shattle to the metro, to the malls and to the airport. I staied 10 days and it was perfect to relax but also to work. The room modern and clean, the bed super confortable, fast internet. And very efficient room service. Special mention to my housekeeper Soc who took care so much of my room and of all my needs.

My daughter and I booked this hotel for 13 nights and paid extra to include breakfast. During our stay, we decided it would be more convenient to spend 5 nights in other parts of the city. I asked if the booking could be adjusted so we would not be charged for breakfast on the nights we would not be staying.
The staff member I spoke with specifically advised me to check with the lobby the day prior to leaving so the breakfast charges could be adjusted accordingly. Based on that guidance, I followed exactly what I was told.
Unfortunately, when I did return to the lobby, the same employee refused to honor what he had previously stated. This left us frustrated and feeling misled. Guests rely on the information provided by hotel staff to make decisions, and it is unacceptable for that information to change after the fact.
If employees are not certain about hotel policies, they should double and triple check before giving guests assurances. This experience took away from what could have otherwise been a pleasant visit.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The swimming pool area was amazing, and Mr. Nirmal, the lifeguard, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. What a pleasant surprise was this hotel. Normally airport hotels are very noisy but when we were there, did not hear a thing. No planes, no neighbors. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean, and carpet on the floors and in the corridors, which contribute to less noise. Shuttle brings you to and from the airport, twice an hour. From the airport you can take the subway. We did not eat in the hotel, but a 6 minute easy walk you find a very tasty restaurant, which also delivers- DAILY DINE RESTAURANT & CAFE, great food and very good prices. Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the airport in Dubai. Suitable when the next flight is in many hours. Affordable price. Well-organized transfer, every half hour from the airport and back. Good rooms. There is a swimming pool and a gym. A coffee shop downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Not for long, because of the noise of planes and cars on the road, but for a couple of nights or hours ... quite a decent option.
I had a great 3 night stay here. Very conveniently situated next to the airport and the free shuttle bus runs regularly. Despite being so close, I didn’t hear a single plane noise at night. Rooms are a good size and are very clean. A special mention to Shirley in housekeeping for ensuring the room was spotlessly clean and that I had everything I needed. A good sized Costa Coffee in reception. All check in staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money!
