This hotel was extremely disappointing. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly from the first day. I contacted the hotel more than five times over two days, and they only sent an engineer once. He claimed the issue was fixed, but the room temperature never went below 28°C.
When I complained that 28°C was too hot, especially in the UAE where outside temperatures can exceed 50°C, the staff kept telling me that 28°C was normal and that there was nothing else they could do.
I repeatedly requested a room change, but they refused, even though the hotel clearly had available rooms and was not fully booked. After getting no help, I went to reception and asked if they could compensate me by providing a voucher or credit for the remaining two nights so I could use it another time, but they refused that as well.
The customer service was very poor, the room service was slow and unhelpful, and the overall experience was frustrating. While the hotel may offer cheap rates, there is a reason for that. Low prices should not come at the expense of basic comfort and customer service.

I would like to sincerely thank Harder and Bunty at ibis for their excellent service and warm hospitality. On our very first day, they kindly made coffee for me and my friends, which made us feel so welcomed. During breakfast as well, they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always checked in to see if we needed anything. Their positive attitude and genuine care truly made our experience special. Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable.

Peace, quiet and clean at every moment of every day. Very clean, also affordable price. Great for stay for business and also with the family. The streets near the hotel continuously smell like perfume and are 100% safe. Hotel personnel are very very nice and polite - greatest respect for mr. Imran of the Housekeeping Department, he always ensures of every beautiful detail in the room. Clean beds, pure white clean bed sheets, clean&shiny bathroom, clean carpets. Everything clean. Air conditioning works perfect. The tap water is of the highest quality. The wall mirror is installed in such a way that the space looks almost double in size.

Good hotel!with a great location. Very nice breakfast with a lot of variety and good coffee from the reception bar, sometimes it’s busy during breakfast but staff from restaurant are always around and try to make everyone happy.

Close to airport and free shuttle is available. Rooms are clean and cleaned everyday. Service is good. Breakfast is also delicious. Metro is 4 mins walk away. There is a mini mart and pharmacy near to the hotel. There is a Thalassery restaurant near Metro which is at reasonable price.

Hot water for shower takes few mins to flow in the early morning. No luggage help from hotel reception to room.
Didn't get luggage help while taking shuttle from airport which was little disappointing.
Advice to customers: take NOL Gold card to get seat and hassle free travel. Also you will 95 percent refund when you return the card back to metro ticket office. Global Village bus is available from union metro which is just 2 stops away. While starting from hotel to sightseeing via metro, you will definitely get seat in gold class. So I felt good.

Very good hotel located in a very nice area close to the airport (Terminal 1 and 3 and not very far from Terminal 2 either), metro station and bus stops. Good, spacious and clean rooms, amazing breakfast spread, beautiful pool area and above all great hospitality by staff from all departments. Everyone is so welcoming and always ready to help, be it the staff at the breakfast buffet, the security team, the life guard or even the housekeeping team- everyone is just so nice including Bunty, Prince, Rahman, Yuvraj, Laxman, Another Yuvraj, Monir, Rijan, Praful, Hurmar, Yiyi, San, Krizzha, Su Nadi (I might have missed out many names, but tried to get the names of whoever I could seeing the name badge) Overall, a very relaxing, peaceful and calm stay. The best place to be when you need to stay close to Dxb Intl Airport. I felt so at home in this property and definitely exceeded my expectations. Clean, staff are very attentive, breakfast was decent and it has an overall homey feel. For more updates, follow me on YouTube "MG Diaries". On our first day in this hotel, and it was disappointing already. We chose it for the location, but even the surrounding areas are not pleasant at all. I don't know where the positive reviews are coming from. This is definitely our first and last visit. Amenities are almost non-existent --- not enough towels; only one door to close the separate and very small toilet and shower areas; there are water bottles and that's about it with 2 Lipton tea bags and not even coffee.
The nearest decent shopping mall is about a 20-minute walk. The reception/lobby area was chaotic when we arrived at 1pm with only one overwhelmed receptionist is present. This is DEFINITELY NOT A 3-star hotel but more of a hostel quality. I regretted booking this hotel for our stay.

Sudhir and Tanmay worked with great attention to detail, ensuring everything—from the bedsheets to the washroom—looked fresh and clean every single day. Their positive attitude and quick response to every request made a big difference in our experience. Special appreciation goes to their supervisor, Badru, who manages the team with discipline and professionalism. You can clearly see the high standards he maintains in the entire department. I had a great experience during my stay. Haider provided excellent service during breakfast and kindly brought me apple juice. Hesham at the front desk was also very helpful, he answered all my questions with a smile and gave me useful advice on getting around Dubai. Overall, the staff made my stay very pleasant.
Nothing works here. The front desk wanted to charge me about 100 aed more than stipulated in the Accor deal. After 20 min things finally sorted out. No apologies from them, just an arrogant attitude as if they were within their right. We could finally go to sleep after midnight.

I also noticed that the management and staff seemed somewhat chaotic, which was not pleasant to observe as a guest.

Just a quick stop in on a layover. Arrived after midnight and was taken care of quickly and was up to my room in less then 10 minutes after arriving. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Close proximity to the airport. Had a later flight, apx 230 pm so slept until 10 and went to grab breakfast. The restaurant said it was impossible. Seems they only serve meals, breakfast at least at specific times? Ran next door to Millennium Hotel and grabbed food. So the hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only things that could be better with the hotel was that the safety catch on the door what broken and the shower leaked onto the floor a good bit. The shower, but a biggie but the safety catch is an issue for me.
The service was really impressive throughout our stay. The food was great and always served on time. A special mention to Bunty, who was hardworking, attentive and made sure everything went smoothly for us. His kind attitude and professionalism truly made a difference.

Great stay here for first time in our honeymoon trip. Very suitable place. Mostly close to airport, metro, shopping mall. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms service good . Food fresh and taste. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect—less than 5 minutes by taxi from the airport. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff are outstanding! Special thanks to Ms. Ala (the manager) and Ms. Irish (at reception) for their kindness and consideration. I truly appreciated being allowed to stay until 5 PM without any extra charge.
I feel so comfortable to stay here, especially the housekeeper (Rahman) always cleans the rooms so well in detail. There are also maintained pool and gym which we can use. I also like how they maintain the outside plants carefully everyday. All the staff work here are so friendly and welcoming! So happy that I could stay here:)
I travels lot and this hotel it one of the best value for money stays I've ever been in. The rooms are spacious, practical and very comfortable. I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well kept. He quoted me a higher price than we had discussed. I cancelled the reservation and left. It's truly a terrible business.
I booked online and when I arrived I was surprised that the reservation was my file and they doubled the price to give me a second room. Also, you cannot control the air conditioning. A bad experience, to be honest.
