Love the hotel, funky and modern decor. Excellent customer service. Nice cafe with a lovely outside seating area. We did not use pool or gym but both looked good and spacious. Free airport shuttle is a great bonus. Only 5mns by foot from Deira City Centre one of the best mall in Dubai. Will be back. Highly recommend.

I like the minimalism in the room, and that they provide what you ask for in terms of amenities. The food in the restaurent is very good, and the 24 hour grocery in the hotel is a bonus.

Definitely nice experience of staying for 2 weeks. Airport transfer available. Robert and Alley service are amazing, they were very polite. The food and drink was great. The everyday room cleaning service staff did a wonderful job. Location is strategic, near to airport. Thank you to all staff.
Only suggestion: to prepare microve oven service for customers at the restaurant perhaps, currently at the convenient store, staff apparently got several retrictions on which food to be allowed to use their reheat service. I visit Dubai very frequently and I mostly stayed in Rove Hotels city centre. Every time I come to this hotel I see new developments like building, maintenance , new menu and better services. I would love to mention Daily Restaurant. It’s very high class, and the crew are very efficient especially young gentlemen named Robert. He is very bright, and very helpful. Had the privilege of staying at Rove City Centre Dubai this past week. I stayed there with my family for a few days and the experience was incredible. This hotel is perfect for families. The staff was incredible. From the the front desk to the Dining the staff made our visit memorable. The dining/kitchen was very accommodating. Plenty of food in the morning for breakfast. Dining is open from 6:30AM all the way till 11:30PM. If you want to have lunch or dinner at the hotel you can have a plethora of cuisines from there menu. The 24-hour supermarket that's on premises is a great addition especially for tourists like ourselves if you need something you can go there and buy whatever you need.
My stay at Roov Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt surrounded by love, happiness, and genuine care. A special thank you to Mahmoud and Abdullah at the reception—their warm welcome and constant support made everything so smooth and enjoyable. And a big appreciation to Bilal from the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and always smiling.

We recently styed in Rove city centre for 2weeks . The location is good and food and drink from daily is so delicious. The room is clean, environment is clean and they have good staffs. All are helpful and kind. Shout out to Robert from Daily. He was outstanding and so friendly. He recommended nice food and assisted us a lot during our stayed here. The Rov City Center Hotel is a great place to stay! It's located right in the heart of the city, so you're close to everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially loved the rooftop pool and bar, which offered amazing views of the city. We had a good, quite and relaxing stay at the hotel. The restaurant for the breakfast is adequate but it gets the job done. You will find all basic facilities onboard, like coin laundry, dryer, gym and a pool. Pool does need covering; due to its location, it gets very sunny and hot during the day.
I must say its a clean place; Abid, the Cleaning staff supervisor ensured we had our rooms cleaned and tidied up everyday. He went above and beyond to make sure our cleaning needs are met.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff, particularly Robert, Youness, and Des from the restaurant, were wonderfully friendly and engaging, so are other staffs whom I didnt get to remember their name. The location is excellent, just 3 mins from the metro and a short 5 mins walk to a nearby shopping mall. We also appreciated the convenient airport transfer service. The only minor point was that our room was located near the ice machine, which created some noise, but it did not significantly impact our overall positive experience.

Most specifically to Melissa who is very Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable with every details of the menu. Also, Kudos to Des, Youness and Robert, they're very attentive, helpful and friendly as well.
