Very disappointing experience. The hotel seems more focused on charging extra money than treating guests fairly. They do not allow 2 visitors unless you pay an additional 100 AED, which was not clearly explained beforehand. The rules feel unreasonable and all they care about is extra charges. Poor customer service and not welcoming to guests at all. I would not recommend staying here because of the hidden fees and strict visitor policy.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained to any acceptable standard. The reception staff are rude and act like helping guests is a burden.

It was really good. The food had really good variety and was really enjoyable. For breakfast everything for me was taken care of by Dipesh. The rooms were nice. Could do with some improvements for the closet and television but overall it was really good.

There is a strong damp/mold smell on every floor and inside the rooms, to the point where it becomes uncomfortable to breathe. The rooms look yellowed, worn out, and neglected, and the odor is constant and disgusting. Cleanliness is simply non-existent.

An ideal place of stay for travellers on a tight budget. The Rooms are good, the staff very helpful,accomodative, and make the guests feel at home . We were on a 3 days 4 nights trip, and had time only to savour their multi cuisine buffette only. The quality and quantiry was superb. A special shout out goes to Mr Depesh and Mr Aman, without whose friendly approach to guests, we would have had time to get settled down. Guests to this hotel should ask for these two staff by name. Welldone guys, keep up the effort.We are proud of you.

We stayed as a group of 11 at the Leela in the last week of October. The rooms are adequate and clean. We had some issues with the room on the first night and our room was promptly changed and we were upgraded. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and smiling, namely Raja, Abdullah, Sneha and Gina who we had regular interactions with. The location is perfect with super close proximity to City Centre mall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and must say the services offered were commendable. However, my experience with the night manager was extremely disappointing. My request to clean the washroom room was not done.
When I requested to speak to another receptionist, the night manager was rude and said the other receptionist couldn't interfere. I wasn’t comfortable in talking to him so I wanted to speak to someone else. His tone and way of talking was not acceptable. I felt threatened by his response.
I appreciate the hotel's amenities and overall service quality. But I strongly request the management to be more careful in selecting staff, especially in key positions like managerial levels to protect the property's image.

The hotel situated in a crowded area where the roads and walk ways are too narrow, surrounding areas not clean as such I did not enjoy walking to nearby area. The reception and lobby having plenty of staff especially with colorful dresses which gives you a richness in feel. Each one pass the queries to one another resulted in delays. Restaurants are busy as such solo travelers like me doesn’t get attention and ignores, to find a fine dining restaurant elsewhere will be a big challenge, my room was comfortable with some fruit trays and cookies makes you happy, some staff may try to comfort you without much result, I don’t feel worth in spending huge amount as accommodation if facilities are not accessible easily. My spa experience were good and bed warmer and the therapy make the body relaxed.
