Great for a short stay near the airport. Free shuttle is a huge plus! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms and facilities very basic but a good value for the money. Both onsite dining/drinking establishments were average. The breakfast is basic but again, good value for the money. Good for ease to and from DXB.
My family had a great time staying in Hampton for more than a week. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Breaskfast is phenomenal, staff are nice and approachable. It was a a fantastic experience over all. I stayed in Hampton for 4 nights during my trip to Dubai with my family. I had booked three rooms. My family loved the stay in Hampton. The services provided by the staff were exceptional considering it was such a busy hotel near the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming from day one.
Housekeeping staff were quick to respond to our requests. They got us toiletries and water bottles when requested and kept checking on us.
Breakfast spread was very nice on all four days. There were sufficient vegetarian and Indian options everyday. Chef Mohammed was very sweet and personally let us know that he can prepare any Indian food like chapati if required.
I also want to mention William who was in the breakfast area on the last day. He kindly packed us food to take to the room as one of my family member was unable to come down to breakfast area due to a work call.
The staff who handled our check out was a kind gentleman (Forgot his name but he was from Egypt). He interacted with my 7 year old nephew very nicely and even allowed him to keep one room key card as a trip souvenir. My niece and nephew also had a great time at the pool.

stayed at this hotel for a month. While the rooms are not fully equipped for long-term stays, it is nothing that isn't manageable if you are prepared for it.
Unfortunately, the breakfasts were below average and quite disappointing over time. However, the saving grace is the location—there are plenty of great dining options in the surrounding area where you can get a good meal.

Your house keeping staff Bikram is very courteous who can always make our stay comfort and takes the feedback about the stay at all the times which is most important in the hospitality. I stayed at Hampton by Hilton, Dubai for close to a week with my 10-month-old son. This review is not written out of dissatisfaction over being charged for sofa damage, but to highlight broader safety, maintenance, and transparency issues experienced during the stay.
During my visit, I was initially informed of a AED 900 charge for sofa damage, which was later reduced to AED 500. The incident occurred due to an unstable ironing board placed on a carpeted floor. In that moment, I had to prioritise my child’s safety over the sofa. What was more concerning was the absence of any documented or clearly communicated terms and conditions outlining liability or charges for accidental or unavoidable damage, especially in family or child-related situations.
From a child-safety standpoint, the room was not well designed. The heavy main doors do not stay in position and felt unsafe with an infant. Overall room safety considerations appeared limited for guests travelling with young children.
The bathroom had several issues. The exhaust fan did not function, leaving mirrors fogged after every shower. Bath mats were provided only upon request. Multiple fittings were worn out, the shower head was leaking, and general maintenance felt below standard. The toiletries also raised concerns—it appeared the hand wash, shower gel, and shampoo were the same liquid. While the hair conditioner was acceptable, the body lotion smelled fermented or expired and had a brownish tint instead of the usual milky white colour.
Room comfort was further affected by poor acoustics. When the curtains were opened, sound sharply reflected off the window panes, creating an uncomfortable echo.
Food quality was mixed. Indian breakfast options were particularly poor and disappointing. However, the non-Indian food options were good, the variety was appreciated, and the desserts were enjoyable. The cafeteria staff were exceptional throughout the stay—polite, attentive, and professional.
Housekeeping followed a fixed routine that guests need to adapt to, rather than expect flexibility.

I would like to place on record my deep appreciation for the receptionist, Siwani, for her exceptional support during a difficult moment when I injured my back. Despite no one else being available, she personally went out to procure medicines and a back support from a nearby chemist. She further assisted me with my luggage and helped book a cab, all while being extremely courteous and calm. What stood out was her willingness to help even though these tasks were well beyond her job responsibilities. Such genuine care and initiative reflect true professionalism. I sincerely request the management to take note of her efficient service.

We booked a one night stay, and the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and answered all our inquiries, especially Mr. Samal from the F&B team. The lady at the reception was also very accommodating and fulfilled our request. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Do not go here the rooms do not have functioning opening windows for fresh air so the whole room is completely damp and smells of mold, it also seems as if they have been using really strongly scented cleaning products to try mask the smell. I had both nights already booked here to stay after my arrival to Dubai and the night before my departure and was in two different rooms, each time they have smelt horrendously like mold. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do your health a favour and stay elsewhere.

We booked here Dec20, 2025 and i commend Tapan from housekeeping he help us with our luggage issue and very polite and friendly, and the african lady morning receptionist Dec26 duty she is very helpful. The other receptionists they aren't helpful and they aren't polite they are taking ages to answer the call and sometimes no answer at all. The shuttle driver also is kind and friendly. Our room is non smoking upon entry its fresh and clean..

Very Basic Hilton Property and does a good breakfast and also has a free shuttle bus to and from the dubai airport. Staff were helpful and we stayed here for a night before we got our flight back to uk. Its not located in downtown dubai but if you want to get there its a 15 pound cab ride which is not bad at all.

I recently completed a 10-day family stay at the Hampton by Hilton and, overall, I was very impressed with the experience for a 3-star hotel. The hotel staff and general service matched the quality you'd expect from a solid 3-star property.
The rooms were definitely a highlight,they were nice and spacious, which was perfect for my family during our extended stay. The complimentary breakfast was also quite decent, offering enough variety to keep everyone happy each morning.

Housekeeping team members are fabulous. Always made sure that our room was clean and we felt comfortable. Tapan, one of the house keeping team is very friendly and approachable. He always provided us clean towels and bottles of water. Same with the kitchen teams and lovely, friendly receptionists and the bus driver. We enjoyed the ride back and forth from airport.

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Dubai for 4 nights and overall the experience was mixed.
The biggest issue was at check-in. For such a busy hotel, they usually had only one counter open which meant a long waiting time. On top of that, the receptionist at check-in didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which wasn’t the best start to the stay.
The room itself was decent, but I was surprised to find that basic amenities like a toothbrush or razor were not provided. Another problem was with the shower. It only gave hot water, and the temperature control wasn’t working, which made it quite uncomfortable.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The spread was very limited and when you’re staying for four days it feels repetitive with no variety. The taste of the food also left much to be desired.
On the positive side, the airport shuttle service was excellent and saved me the cost of a taxi. The room was comfortable, the bed and mattress were of good quality, and the housekeeping team did a good job throughout the stay.
Overall, it’s a convenient hotel because of its location and shuttle, but it needs serious improvement in check-in management, amenities, and breakfast variety to make it worth coming back.

I’ve been staying here for about a month now, and I must say it’s absolute value for money. The property is well-maintained, and the staff looks highly motivated; clearly led well by their manager, Calvin (I think).
One of the highlights is the gym and pool facilities; Honestly, I haven’t seen a star hotel around the airport area with amenities of this size and quality.

I really like this hotel—so much that I’m writing a review while still staying here! It’s excellent value for money. The breakfast was nice, and although the selection stayed mostly the same during our one-week stay, it was always tasty and satisfying.
The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was no noise from the outside street, which made for restful nights. Even though the hotel seemed almost fully booked (around 95% occupancy), everything felt organized and well managed.
Another plus is the location—there are plenty of groceries and restaurants nearby, which makes things even more convenient.
Overall, this hotel is nice, affordable, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay near the airport

Very poor customer service and Room service. Room was also having Internet issues and very slow internet even after changing room. Breakfast is below par only continental.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Our rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a great connection with our kids, making our stay enjoyable. The pool area was perfect and safe for children.
Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, and Aye, a waitress in the breakfast area, was incredibly welcoming and a great help to our kids. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport while still feeling peaceful.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience! I can't wait to return. I highly recommend it for a family getaway!
